个人简介
梁怡富,男,博士。主要研究领域包括:表面热/光及反应功能结构设计制造、微电子芯片散热、激光增材制造(3D打印),研究成果已开展面向航空航天、5G通讯、消费电子及新能源汽车等领域的应用。已发表高效散热相关学术论文10余篇,其中SCI收录7篇,以第一作者或者通讯作者在《Applied Thermal Engineering》、《International Communications in Heat and Mass Transfer》、《Optics Express》等期刊上发表SCI共7篇,申请专利12项,其中发明专利授权3项,实用新型专利授权4项。
