个人简介
徐丹,女,中共党员,华南理工大学/苏黎世联邦理工联合培养博士,长期从事 “食源性蛋白质的改性修饰、功能应用及营养安全性”、“肠道微生物群介导食源性蛋白质代谢的相互作用”、“蛋白质组或特征肽的分析与检测” 、以及“天然多糖提取、分离、结构鉴定和生物活性”等方面的研究,参与完成国家重点研发计划项目及广州市科技计划项目。截止目前,已发表SCI论文30余篇,以第一作者或通讯作者在Nature Communications(IF: 17.694, Nature子刊)、Food Hydrocolloids(IF: 11.504, 一区top)、Ultrasonics Sonochemistry(IF: 9.336, 一区top)、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry(IF: 5.279, 一区top)和International Journal of Biological Macromolecules(IF: 8.025, 一区top)等化学和食品领域杂志发表SCI论文10篇。担任Frontiers in Chemistry、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules杂志审稿人。
